When do storage charges start? +
Storage charges begin after the first 2 days (48 hours) from delivery. This gives you time to process your goods without incurring storage fees. After this period, charges apply at £2 per carton per week, £8 per carton per month, or £25 per pallet per 30 days.
Is there a minimum order volume? +
We don't enforce a strict minimum — we work with businesses of all sizes, from startups sending 50 orders a month to established brands sending thousands. Our pricing scales with your volume, so you only pay for what you use. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.
How does receiving inventory work? +
Once you book in a delivery, simply send your goods to our London warehouse with a packing list. We'll receive, count, inspect and book them into our system. Costs depend on the size of the cartons (small ≤18kg at £1.50, medium ≤30kg at £2.50, large ≤50kg at £3.50) or per-pallet at £10. We'll confirm receipt and flag any discrepancies immediately.
How does returns handling work? +
We offer a full returns management service. Returns are received, inspected, graded, relabelled where needed, and either restocked or disposed of per your instructions. Pricing is £1–£5 per unit depending on the level of processing required. We provide a detailed returns report so you always know the condition of returned stock.
What are your shipping timelines? +
Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are dispatched same-day. Shipment costs range from £3–£6 depending on weight, with actual postage charged at cost on top. We use trusted UK carriers to ensure fast, tracked delivery to your customers. Specific carrier options can be discussed based on your needs.
What platforms do you integrate with? +
We integrate with Shopify, Amazon (FBM & FBA), TikTok Shop, eBay, Etsy, and WooCommerce. We can also connect with many other platforms via API or manual CSV upload. If you're on a different platform, contact us and we'll find a solution that works.
Do you require a long-term contract? +
No long-term contracts are required. We believe in earning your business through service quality, not locking you in. We offer flexible monthly arrangements that you can scale up or down based on your needs. Simply give us notice if you need to make changes.
How does Amazon → eBay dropshipping work? +
Our Amazon→eBay dropshipping service is straightforward: your customer places an order on eBay, you purchase from Amazon and have it delivered to our warehouse. We receive the item, remove all Amazon branding and invoices, repack in plain/unbranded packaging, and dispatch directly to your eBay customer — all for just £0.50–£1 per order (plus actual postage at cost).
Are prices inclusive of VAT? +
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT where applicable. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate on your invoices. If you are VAT registered, you will be able to reclaim the VAT element.
